Thank you to everyone who sent in their questions on Instagram — I love hearing from all of you and I wish I could answer every question. Answering five of the most asked below :)
FYI I will be doing this at the end of every month so make sure you’re following my personal account on Instagram @jessegolden and subscribe to my email list HERE so you don't miss your question potentially being answered!
Q1: How do I incorporate Magic Brightening Powder into my routine?

Q2: Do you avoid all polyesters and stick to cotton/linen/wool for clothing?
I do my best. I made a pact a few years ago to try and only buy natural material clothing but it's challenging so I've given myself some grace. I'd say 90% of my clothes are natural fibers but every once in awhile I'll find an item that I just love that isn't. Just like anything, balance is key. I don't drive myself nuts over it but I do make a big effort. Most importantly, I try to make the clothes and fabrics that I'm in or using the most natural fibers- my robe, underwear and sheets. I share several of these recommendations on my personal website jessegolden.com

Q3: I want to get something from your skincare line. What's your favorite thing right now?
It's so hard for me to pick one but the Illuminating Cleansing Oil has made such a difference in my skin and skincare routine. My skin has been virtually poreless since I started using it. Proper cleansing makes such a difference. I always think people should start here, it's truly transformative.

Q4: I love your guidance cards, Do you have any tips on how to tap into your intuition when pulling?
Yes, I share all the tricks in the little booklet that it comes with. Soooo much information in there! These cards continue to be one of my proudest achievements. They really are the gift that keeps on giving. You buy them once and I promise you, you will return to them again and again for comfort and peace.

Q5: How are you finding co-sleeping/how long do you intend to do it?
I can’t imagine it any other way. I co-slept with my first son, and for years, he would still crawl into my bed. Those moments are some of my most cherished memories.
We’re the only mammals who choose not to sleep with our babies, but for me, I couldn’t rest if Beøwulf wasn’t by my side. The thought of him sleeping anywhere else tugs at my heart. We’ll continue co-sleeping for as long as it feels right, without a set timeline or concern for others' opinions. I trust myself to do what’s best for us and I encourage other mothers to do the same.
